Naomi & Carl Bookout

Carl Bookout became the Executive Director of the Hisportic Christian Mission in January 2007. Previously he served in ministries of Christian Churches in Missouri, California, Idaho, and Texas. He had been a member of the Board of Directors since 1990, serving as Chairman of the Board for nine years. He is a graduate of Ozark Christian College, Joplin, MO, and Azusa Pacific University, Azusa, CA.

Carl currently resides in Friendswood, TX, and is married to Naomi, who is the Children’s Director of the Bay Area Christian Church, Houston, TX. They have two children, Chris and Heather, and a granddaughter, Ashley.
